Um einen dahinsiechenden Blog wiederzubeleben bietet sich manchmal das Einführen einer neuen Rubrik bzw. eines neuen Schwerpunktthemas an. Deutscher Fußball bietet sich nach der Entwicklung bei den Bayern nur noch für billigen Spott und Häme (sowas machen wir hier nicht!) und die Begeisterung für spanischen Fußball ist in Deutschand seit Wien 2008 auch begrenzt...

Deshalb schlage ich Fitness Tipps vor - mein aktueller Favorit sind die 5 Tibeter mit denen mich Milena vertraut gemacht hat. Kann man zu jederzeit ohne großen Aufwand durchführen und kriegt ein schönes, kleines Workout.
